<h2><strong>Your Mission</strong></h2>
<p data-start="351" data-end="471">We are looking for a Client Success Technical Manager to join our Business department, reporting directly to our COO.</p>
<p data-start="473" data-end="761">You will take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor. Your mission will be to build strong, long-term relationships, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the Onebox platform and identifying opportunities for growth.</p>
<p data-start="763" data-end="1072">You will guide customers through every stage of their journey — from onboarding to ongoing optimization — managing their needs proactively and strategically. Working hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Tech teams, you will ensure a seamless client experience while driving retention and account expansion.</p>
<h2><strong>About the role:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Be the go-to person for clients when it comes to technical support, platform usage, and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Manage daily client requests, from incident resolution to platform configuration and data exports</li>
<li>Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to help clients get the most out of our ticketing platform</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Product, Design) to ensure a seamless client experience</li>
<li>Support on-site operations during live events when needed</li>
<li>Play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>About you: </strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS environment</li>
<li>Confident troubleshooting technical issues with a hands-on mindset</li>
<li>Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus</li>
<li>Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and focused on client experience</li>
<li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license for occasional on-site support</li>
<li>Knowledge of ticketing industry is a big plus</li>
<li>Bonus: knowledge of networks or event tech</li>
</ul>
