You'll originate bold ideas, craft emotionally engaging stories and translate them into world-class guest experiences that blend creativity, technology and spectacle.</p> <p>Working closely with production, licensing, commercial and technology teams, you'll help define the next generation of experiences for some of the world's biggest brands, studios and artists.</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Lead the creative development of large-scale experiential entertainment projects from concept through delivery.</li> <li>Create distinctive original concepts as well as creative responses to globally recognised entertainment IPs.</li> <li>Develop compelling narratives and emotionally engaging guest journeys that translate into unforgettable physical experiences.</li> <li>Shape cinematic storytelling through scripting, storyboarding and visual sequencing.</li> <li>Transform stories into large-scale visual spectacles through innovative experience design.</li> <li>Collaborate with production, technology, licensing and commercial teams to bring ambitious creative ideas to life.</li> <li>Lead multidisciplinary creative teams, providing direction throughout concept development, design and production.</li> <li>Present creative concepts confidently to senior stakeholders, clients, artists and IP partners.</li> <li>Balance creative ambition with commercial objectives, budgets and production realities.</li> <li>Explore emerging technologies, including AI, interactive media, lighting, AV, show control and immersive technologies, to enhance creative delivery.</li> <li>Contribute to the continued evolution of Fever's creative standards and global portfolio.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Essential Experience:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Significant experience developing large-scale live entertainment, touring productions or immersive experiences.</li> <li>Exceptional storytelling ability with a strong narrative-led creative approach.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other graphic design and 3D rendering tools.</li> <li>Deep understanding of music-driven experiences, show pacing and synchronisation.</li> <li>Experience with cinematic storytelling, including scripting, storyboarding and visual sequencing.</li> <li>Experience creating immersive, location-based entertainment and large-scale public experiences.</li> <li>Proven ability to originate distinctive creative concepts and original IP, not simply execute existing ideas.</li> <li>Strong understanding of guest journey design and emotional storytelling.</li> <li>Experience working with major entertainment IPs and navigating complex creative approval processes.</li> <li>Outstanding pitching and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire both internal teams and external partners.</li> <li>Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams from concept through delivery.</li> <li>Strong understanding of experiential technologies, including lighting, media servers, interactive technology, AV, show control and AI-enabled creative workflows.</li> <li>Experience managing creative scope, budgets and production constraints without compromising creative quality.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional standards.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and highly collaborative environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
