<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>About the Role:</strong></span></p>
<p>We are looking for an <strong>Onsite Operations Team Lead</strong> who loves improving efficiency, solving complex challenges, and finding a way to get things done.</p>
<p>As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-impact initiatives, ensuring that teams, resources, and priorities are aligned to achieve successful outcomes.</p>
<p>This is a highly dynamic and hands-on role that combines operational planning, team leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work across different initiatives, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and take ownership of making things happen.</p>
<h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>You will be responsible for:</strong></span></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Designing and coordinating operational plans, </strong>ensuring all requirements are properly covered.</li>
<li><strong>Leading the implementation of initiatives</strong> and ensuring smooth execution from planning through completion.</li>
<li><strong>Managing</strong> and supporting <strong>an onsite team</strong>, keeping everyone aligned, motivated, and focused on delivering high-quality results.</li>
<li><strong>Identifying potential challenges,</strong> making decisions, and finding practical solutions in fast-paced environments.</li>
<li><strong>Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders</strong>, including teams such as Sales, Marketing, Originals, and other internal departments.</li>
<li><strong>Managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards</strong> and adapting to changing needs.</li>
<li><strong>Identifying opportunities to improve processes</strong> and ways of working, helping us build more efficient and scalable operations.</li>
</ul>
<p>From day one, you will have the opportunity to take <strong>ownership of complex operational challenges and lead a team,</strong> making a direct impact on how we execute and scale our operations.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone who is <strong>organized, structured, hands-on, and highly proactive</strong>, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You should feel comfortable working in dynamic and ambiguous environments, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership from start to finish.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>About</strong> </span><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">You</span>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You have a<strong> Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics</strong> or related fields.</li>
<li>You have at least<strong> +3/4 years of relevant experience</strong> (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)</li>
<li>You embrace change and you create it! We are a fast-growing company and we want you to help us to adapt to these changes.</li>
<li>You can speak different languages. <strong>Spanish and English</strong> are our main languages, so we expect you to be able to speak both of them :)</li>
<li>You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>You can manage teams in a structured way</li>
<li>You have a strong analytical mind.</li>
