<p>A leading global digital banking platform and one of the largest neobanks in Latin America, headquartered in Brazil. The company provides a mobile-first suite of financial services—including credit cards, savings accounts, and investments—designed to eliminate bureaucracy and high fees. By leveraging advanced data analytics and a customer-centric digital infrastructure, the organization delivers transparent and accessible financial solutions to millions of users across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code</li>
<li>Support the platform architecture across private networking, containers, edge and CDN services, managed storage, IAM, and security boundaries</li>
<li>Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including federated identity, access controls, and separation between read and write operations</li>
<li>Implement platform observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards</li>
<li>Establish secrets-management and rotation processes</li>
<li>Develop disaster-recovery, resilience, and business-continuity capabilities</li>
<li>Build and maintain serverless functions and infrastructure automation using Python</li>
<li>Establish security guardrails and operational standards for a multi-tenant development platform</li>
<li>Collaborate with AI engineering teams to integrate agent capabilities and automated deployment workflows</li>
<li>Support ephemeral cloud environments used for AI-powered application development</li>
<li>Improve production readiness through documented, reviewable, and reversible infrastructure changes</li>
<li>Troubleshoot complex platform issues and conduct root-cause analysis</li>
<li>Take end-to-end ownership of platform stability, reliability, and operational performance</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to reduce deployment friction and improve the developer experience</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform architecture, tooling, security, and operations</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience designing, implementing, and operating cloud-native infrastructure within a public cloud environment</li>
<li>Hands-on experience using Infrastructure as Code in production environments</li>
<li>Experience with Go or Go-based infrastructure tooling</li>
<li>Understanding of cloud networking, private networks, firewalls, containers, edge and CDN services, managed storage, and IAM</li>
<li>Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions</li>
<li>Knowledge of federated identity, authorization policies, least-privilege access, and secrets management</li>
<li>Experience implementing observability, monitoring, alerting, and disaster-recovery strategies</li>
<li>Proficiency in Python for infrastructure automation, serverless functions, or supporting services</li>
<li>Experience supporting multi-environment architectures and production-grade platforms</li>
<li>Understanding of platform security, resilience, scalability, and operational reliability</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills</li>
<li>Strong written communication and technical documentation skills</li>
<li>Professional English proficiency</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, make sound technical decisions, and take ownership of outcomes</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to have</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience operating multi-tenant platforms for internal enterprise users</li>
<li>Knowledge of cloud-security guardrails and software supply-chain security</li>
<li>Experience with on-call operations, incident management, and production reliability</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI-powered development platforms</li>
<li>Exposure to agent-based engineering and deployment workflows</li>
<li>Experience designing infrastructure to reduce blast radius and isolate failures</li>
<li>Knowledge of controlled deployment, rollback, and change-management practices</li>
<li>Experience supporting developer platforms or internal platform-engineering products</li>
</ul>
