<p>Our customer is an American company with more than 125 years of history, specializing in products and services that celebrate important milestones and achievements. The company partners with thousands of K–12 schools, colleges, universities, sports teams, and organizations across the United States, providing products such as yearbooks, graduation regalia, class jewelry, and championship rings. Its mission focuses on fostering belonging, achievement, and pride through meaningful experiences and lasting traditions.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead multiple concurrent IT projects and programs from planning through delivery, managing milestones, scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Maintain project plans, track commitments, and provide clear status reports, executive updates, and leadership presentations.</li>
<li>Partner with business and IT stakeholders to clarify objectives, validate requirements, align dependencies, and resolve delivery risks.</li>
<li>Serve as Scrum Master for a software development team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint goals, team capacity management, and delivery tracking.</li>
<li>Facilitate team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution to keep initiatives moving forward.</li>
<li>Coordinate delivery across e-commerce, integration, backend, and enterprise service teams, working with vendors, offshore resources, internal stakeholders, and plant operations.</li>
<li>Apply systems analysis and established PMO practices to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and proactively escalate risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.</li>
<li>Balance hands-on execution and tactical follow-up with broader program-level oversight.</li>
<li>Use Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 tools to support planning, collaboration, documentation, and reporting.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience in IT project management and/or Scrum Master roles, including software development delivery.</li>
<li>Experience serving as a Scrum Master for software development teams.</li>
<li>Extensive experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies according to project needs.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional impact.</li>
<li>Experience coordinating delivery across e-commerce, integrations, backend services, and enterprise systems.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to align business stakeholders and technical teams to achieve quality outcomes and on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Experience working with vendors, geographically distributed teams, and offshore resources.</li>
<li>Comprehensive project planning, organization, time management, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to lead discussions with engineering teams and business leaders.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ownership, accountability, follow-through, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to have</h3>
<ul>
<li>Solid systems analyst background, including requirements analysis, dependency mapping, data flows, and process gap identification.</li>
<li>Experience with retail or e-commerce platforms.</li>
<li>Experience working with Salesforce CRM.</li>
<li>Experience leading delivery across both product/platform initiatives and enterprise integrations.</li>
<li>Ability to balance detailed execution and operational follow-up with broader program oversight.</li>
</ul>
