<h3>About the Client</h3>
<p>The largest yoga studio chain in the United States, offering a fitness-focused approach to traditional yoga. By combining heated environments, strength training, and music-driven classes with a hybrid digital platform, the organization delivers a modern workout model designed to build physical strength and mindfulness for practitioners of all experience levels.</p>
<ul>
<li>Review existing pipeline structures across the client’s sales segments and determine whether they accurately reflect how each segment operates</li>
<li>Identify scenarios and conditions that the current configuration does not handle reliably</li>
<li>Redesign pipeline stages, entry and exit criteria, required properties, and dependencies to improve data accuracy and consistency</li>
<li>Rebuild or repair automated deal-creation processes to ensure deals are generated accurately and associated with the correct records</li>
<li>Diagnose and resolve workflow failures, enrollment errors, and automation conflicts</li>
<li>Improve lead-routing logic, sequences, and other Sales Hub automation</li>
<li>Diagnose recurring data-quality issues and trace them to their source, including workflows, integrations, forms, and manual processes</li>
<li>Establish and document practical data standards, including required fields, naming conventions, deduplication rules, and lifecycle-stage definitions</li>
<li>Support the remediation of existing records while avoiding duplication of work already completed</li>
<li>Implement monitoring and controls that identify data issues before they affect end users</li>
<li>Establish sustainable CRM hygiene and governance practices</li>
<li>Partner with sales leadership to define reporting needs at the sales representative, manager, and executive levels</li>
<li>Build and maintain operational and leadership dashboards covering activity, pipeline movement, conversion, and segment performance</li>
<li>Develop custom and multi-object HubSpot reports</li>
<li>Reduce the manual effort required to produce recurring reports</li>
<li>Support and upskill the client’s existing reporting resource to avoid creating a single point of dependency</li>
<li>Assess which licensed HubSpot capabilities the client is not currently using</li>
<li>Evaluate potential enhancements based on business value, implementation effort, and organizational readiness</li>
<li>Provide clear recommendations on which capabilities should be adopted and which should be deferred</li>
<li>Configure approved enhancements and document what changed, why it changed, and how it should be maintained</li>
<li>Create and manage a prioritized, visible platform-optimization backlog</li>
<li>Investigate gaps between implemented automation and the benefits reported by end users</li>
<li>Distinguish between platform configuration, data-quality, process-design, and change-management issues</li>
<li>Remove adoption barriers caused by configuration or workflow design</li>
<li>Develop targeted enablement materials tied to specific platform and process changes</li>
<li>Support users through changes and reinforce consistent CRM practices</li>
<li>Help increase trust in HubSpot data, reporting, and workflows across the organization</li>
<li>Own an agreed backlog and report progress against established priorities</li>
<li>Coordinate priorities directly with client stakeholders with minimal oversight</li>
<li>Adapt plans as business priorities evolve throughout the engagement</li>
<li>Document configuration decisions, processes, and technical changes so platform knowledge remains with the client</li>
<li>Provide continuity and consistent platform ownership throughout the engagement</li>
<li>Coordinate effectively with Exadel’s existing distributed delivery team</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Substantial hands-on HubSpot experience as an administrator or solutions consultant</li>
<li>Deep HubSpot Sales Hub expertise, including: Pipeline and deal-stage architecture, Deal properties, Workflow design, Sequences, Lead routing</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience building and repairing automated deal-creation processes within a multi-pipeline environment</li>
<li>Strong CRM data-integrity experience, including data audits, deduplication, validation, remediation, and governance standards</li>
<li>Experience developing HubSpot reports and dashboards, including custom and multi-object reporting</li>
<li>Experience inheriting, stabilizing, and improving an existing HubSpot implementation</li>
<li>Experience diagnosing and resolving workflow failures, automation conflicts, enrollment issues, and record-association problems</li>
<li>Strong understanding of sales operations and the ability to distinguish platform issues from process or adoption challenges</li>
<li>Experience maintaining and prioritizing an evolving CRM optimization backlog</li>
<li>Strong written documentation skills</li>
<li>Clear, direct, and confident stakeholder communication</li>
<li>Ability to work independently at a part-time allocation without significant day-to-day oversight</li>
<li>Availability to overlap regularly with US business hours and Exadel’s delivery team</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to have</h3>

<li>Relevant HubSpot certifications</li>
<li>Experience supporting a multi-segment or multi-brand sales organization</li>
<li>Experience helping recover a CRM implementation that encountered adoption or data-trust challenges</li>
<li>Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams</li>
<li>Experience within consumer-facing or membership-based organizations</li>
<li>Exposure to high-volume, relationship-driven sales environments</li>
<li>Experience supporting organizational change and targeted CRM enablement</li>
</ul>
<h3>English level</h3>
<p>Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate</p>
<p><strong>Engagement Type:</strong> Part-time<br><strong>Allocation:</strong> Approximately 20 hours per week, with increased availability during the initial stabilization period<br><strong>Work Type:</strong> Remote<br><strong>Working Hours:</strong> Regular overlap with the client’s US-based team and Exadel’s existing delivery team</p>
