<p>A leading source of multilateral development financing providing loans, grants, and technical assistance to support economic growth and sustainable infrastructure. Operating alongside its private-sector affiliates, the institution leverages public and private capital to address critical regional challenges. <h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Review business and functional requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios, test cases, and expected results</li>
<li>Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using the Calypso Automated Testing Tool</li>
<li>Create reusable CATT components to improve automation coverage and regression-testing efficiency</li>
<li>Execute manual and automated tests across front-to-back Calypso workflows</li>
<li>Support System Integration Testing, regression testing, position-conversion testing, and User Acceptance Testing</li>
<li>Validate workflows covering trade capture, pricing, risk, settlements, collateral, SWIFT messaging, and accounting postings</li>
<li>Prepare, validate, and maintain test data required for functional and integration testing</li>
<li>Coordinate with technical teams to support test-environment setup, configuration, and readiness</li>
<li>Perform data validation and reconciliation across source systems, Calypso, and downstream platforms</li>
<li>Validate interfaces, scheduled tasks, batch processes, reports, messages, and accounting outputs</li>
<li>Record test results and maintain requirements-to-test traceability</li>
<li>Identify, document, and track defects using Jira and Xray</li>
<li>Participate in defect-triage sessions and provide clear reproduction steps, supporting evidence, and impact analysis</li>
<li>Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing to confirm system stability</li>
<li>Assist with test automation execution through CI/CD pipelines</li>
<li>Support performance and security-testing activities as required</li>
<li>Prepare test-execution reports, evidence packages, and readiness documentation</li>
<li>Communicate test progress, blockers, defects, and risks to the QA Lead and project stakeholders</li>
<li>Follow established testing standards, quality controls, and project governance processes</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience testing Calypso implementations within capital markets or financial services</li>
<li>Practical experience developing and executing automated tests using CATT</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of software-testing principles, methodologies, and lifecycle processes</li>
<li>Experience creating test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test evidence</li>
<li>Experience supporting System Integration Testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing</li>
<li>Understanding of front-to-back Calypso workflows, including: Trade capture, Pricing, Risk, Settlements, Collateral, SWIFT messaging, Accounting postings</li>
<li>Experience validating Calypso interfaces, batch processes, scheduled tasks, and downstream outputs</li>
<li>Strong data-validation and reconciliation skills</li>
<li>Working knowledge of SQL for test-data analysis and backend validation</li>
<li>Experience using Jira and Xray or comparable test- and defect-management tools</li>
<li>Understanding of defect lifecycles, severity classifications, triage, and resolution tracking</li>
<li>Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or Cucumber is considered an asset</li>
<li>Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution is considered an asset</li>
<li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with QA, development, functional, and business teams</li>
</ul>
