<h3>About the Client</h3>
<p>A major telecommunications operator providing wireless voice, messaging, and high-speed data services. Through strategic acquisitions, the company has expanded its market presence to serve over a hundred million subscribers. Today, it leverages nationwide 5G coverage and AI-driven customer engagement platforms to deliver scalable, high-performance connectivity.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead the complete delivery lifecycle, including requirements validation, solution build, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, mock conversions, cutover, and hypercare</li>
<li>Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule, work breakdown structure, RACI matrix, delivery milestones, and scope baseline</li>
<li>Partner with the client’s project management team to manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables</li>
<li>Coordinate multidisciplinary technical and functional teams across the Washington, DC headquarters and regional offices</li>
<li>Lead daily synchronization meetings and provide clear status reporting across System Integrator teams, Adenza, and client stakeholders</li>
<li>Establish and manage formal defect-triage, prioritization, escalation, and resolution processes using Jira and Xray</li>
<li>Monitor and enforce P1–P4 defect response and resolution service-level agreements</li>
<li>Identify, document, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies</li>
<li>Maintain current project status, actions, risks, and decisions within Monday.com and Jira</li>
<li>Coordinate Azure integration activities and data-migration dress rehearsals</li>
<li>Support Organizational Change Management activities and technical training plans</li>
<li>Manage project governance, executive reporting, escalation paths, and cross-party decision-making</li>
<li>Drive delivery toward the targeted Q3 2028 production go-live and subsequent hypercare period</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Extensive, senior-level experience in project management experience leading complex, front-to-back Calypso implementation programs</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Calypso front-to-back business and technical workflows</li>
<li>Proven experience managing large-scale financial-services or capital-markets technology implementations</li>
<li>Experience leading projects across requirements, design, build, testing, conversion, cutover, go-live, and hypercare</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing processes</li>
<li>Experience managing data migrations, mock conversions, and production dress rehearsals</li>
<li>Understanding of Azure integration lifecycles</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in scope, schedule, resource, dependency, risk, and change management</li>
<li>Experience establishing and maintaining integrated schedules, work breakdown structures, RACI matrices, and scope baselines</li>
<li>Strong defect-management experience, including triage, severity classification, escalation, and SLA tracking</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency with Jira, Xray, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project</li>
<li>PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li>
<li>Spanish proficiency is considered an asset</li>

<li>Compensation Transparency: The expected compensation range for this role is $140–150/hr USD, with eligibility for commission, bonus, or other incentive compensation where applicable. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location within the United States, and business needs.</li>
