<p><span style="color: #000000;">Develop and operate AWS‑based serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB) that support ServiceNow workflows</span></p>
</li>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues across ServiceNow and AWS, including API failures, data issues, and asynchronous processing problems</span></p>
</li>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to coordinate integration changes, incidents, and technical requirements</span></p>
