You’ve put in the hours building client relationships, building your knowledge and building your reputation. Now you’re ready to step up onto a bigger stage to showcase your sales talents with an international brand, inspiring the next generation of sales people at Ebury as you lead the charge for new business. </p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<p>Key Account Directors are the heartbeat of our sales floor, experts in what they do and role models for how they do it. You will be responsible for promoting the growth of the Ebury brand into the country through independent research and campaigns, targeting larger SME companies.In addition, you will have the ability to develop sales strategies and techniques based on client feedback and your knowledge of the market.</p>
<p>You will be joining an established team and will benefit from a proven business model and support infrastructure.</p>
<p>As a Key Account Director, you’ll be focused on building your career in sales, driven by targets and a highly competitive commission structure while making a lasting impression on a vast client base. </p>
<ul>
<li>Originate new business targeting client prospects (£50M+ turnover).</li>
<li>Sell cash management, FX hedging and payment products.</li>
<li>Understand the client's business, strategy and challenges to provide the best Ebury solution for their situation.</li>
<li>Support our strong client relationship/servicing culture through on-going customer contact, written call reports via Salesforce, quality customer service and superior product knowledge</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Have a track record of sales management, ideally within FX or other cross-border financial services (e.g. import lending, export lending, international payments and collections, cash management)</li>
<li>Have Financial Services experience - a network would be a huge advantage!</li>
<li>Proven ability to bring passion, energy and motivation to a sales organization.</li>
<li>Possess first-class communication skills </li>
<li>Are a skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers</li>
<li><strong>Fluency in French</strong> and <strong>English</strong></li>
