We encourage innovation and movement, collaboration and problem-solving, and foster an environment where everyone can feel they belong, are valued, supported and empowered to succeed.</p> <p>If you’re a collaborator who wants to help transform how businesses operate globally, get in touch - we’d love to discuss how Ebury can accelerate your career so you can shape the future.</p></div><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong></strong></span></p> <p><strong><u>Senior Product Manager (</u></strong><strong><u>Anti Money Laundering/Transaction Monitoring)</u></strong></p> <p>Product - Financial Crime&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week</strong></p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>As we expand our capabilities across new verticals (i.e. embedded payments), new products (i.e. cards) and new payment rails (i.e. stablecoins ), Anti Money Laundering controls are becoming a more critical part of our product strategy.</p> <p>We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Financial Crime Intelligence Product domain, owning Transaction Monitoring across fiat, crypto, card and hybrid payment flows as a domain lead. <br><br>You will own the Transaction Monitoring product area, working at the intersection of First Line, Compliance, Engineering and Data. <br><br>Your focus will be on building scalable, regulator-ready controls while enabling growth across traditional and digital asset payment rails considering different product and business vertical compliance frameworks.<br><br>This role reports to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p><strong>Product Ownership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Balance growth vs risk trade-offs.</li> <li>Use data and research to identify pain points, investigate anomalies, and deliver optimisations.</li> <li>Define the strategy for your area, ensuring alignment with overall Financial Crime Intelligence Product domain goals and company direction.&nbsp;</li> <li>Translate these into a clear, actionable roadmap across:<br>-fiat to fiat transactions<br>-fiat to crypto transactions (mainly stablecoins)<br>-crypto to crypto transactions<br>-card spends</li> <li>Define and evolve Transaction Monitoring rules, scenarios, risk typologies and predictive AI models aligned with different compliance frameworks, taking into account Crypto Travel Rule requirements.</li> <li>Drive improvements in False positive reduction, Alert quality, Operational scalability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with first line and second line operational and compliance teams to ensure controls are effective, explainable, audit-ready.</li> <li>Partner with Data Science teams on predictive AI models for transactions; model inputs, outputs, and thresholds<br>(you are not expected to build machine learning models, but you must understand how predictive models behave in production).</li> <li>Support regulatory reviews and audits with strong product narratives<em>.</em></li> </ul> <p><strong>Delivery &amp; execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Translate regulatory and AML requirements into clear product requirements.</li> <li>Work closely with Engineering on managing vendor integrations (e.g. blockchain analytics, travel rule), event schemas, transaction data models and system performance and scalability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in fintech, crypto, payments, regulated financial services.</li> <li>4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager.</li> <li>2+ years working on AML / Transaction Monitoring products.</li> <li>Hands-on exposure to crypto transaction monitoring (in particular Stablecoins) or VASP compliance.</li> <li>Experience with blockchain analytics tools (e.g. Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic or similar).</li> <li>Experience with travel rule tools (e.g. Notabene, Sumsub&nbsp;
