<p>The Core Tech Stack<br>These are the fundamentals of our platform. We need someone who is highly proficient in:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Terraform:</strong> Our most critical tool. You must have deep expertise in using Terraform to manage complex Infrastructure as Code (IaC).</li>
<li><strong>AWS:</strong> As one of our primary cloud providers, strong hands-on experience designing and managing AWS environments is essential.</li>
<li><strong>CI/CD Pipelines:</strong> Proven experience building, maintaining, and optimizing pipelines using <strong>GitHub Actions</strong> and <strong>Jenkins</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Linux:</strong> Solid systems administration and troubleshooting skills in Linux environments.</li>
<li><strong>Python:</strong> Strong scripting and programming skills in Python to drive automation, tooling, and system integration.</li>
</ul>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Accelerate Delivery:</strong> Partner with development teams to enhance deployment speed, system scalability, and overall application reliability.</li>
<li><strong>Maintain Platform Health:</strong> Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience across our entire production platform.</li>
<li><strong>Design & Implement:</strong> Contribute to the design, architecture, and rollout of new services and infrastructure systems.</li>
<li><strong>Observability & Monitoring:</strong> Develop and maintain robust application monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to gain deep insights into system health.</li>
<li><strong>Automate Everything:</strong> Design and implement automation tools to eliminate manual toil, boost operational efficiency, and minimize downtime.</li>
<li><strong>Incident Response:</strong> Participate in an on-call rotation to quickly troubleshoot and resolve critical platform incidents.</li>
<li><strong>Stay Ahead:</strong> Keep up-to-date with emerging tools, methodologies, and best practices in the Cloud Native and Platform Engineering space.</li>
</ul>
<p>About You</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Scale Experience:</strong> Proven experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.</li>
<li><strong>Containerization:</strong> Strong experience running web-scale deployments of containerized systems using <strong>Kubernetes</strong> and/or Amazon container services (ECS/EKS).</li>
<li><strong>Problem Solver:</strong> A proactive approach to identifying root causes, debugging complex systems, and collaborating with code owners to prevent recurrence.</li>
<li><strong>Strong Communicator:</strong> Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.</li>
<li><strong>Growth Mindset:</strong> An eager learner who is passionate about building elegant, developer-friendly interfaces and infrastructure.</li>
</ul>
<p>Nice to Have</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working within the <strong>FinTech</strong> industry.</li>
<li>A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>Familiarity with security and compliance standards relevant to financial services (e.g., GDPR, DORA, SOC 2).</li>
<li>Proficiency in <strong>Spanish</strong> or <strong>Portuguese</strong> is a plus.</li>
