<div><br>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Senior Product Manager</strong> to lead our <strong>Fraud Prevention</strong> efforts. In this role, you will shape and evolve strategies that safeguard digital transactions while delivering seamless payment experiences for users and merchants.</div>
<div><br><strong>What your day-to-day will look like</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Own the fraud prevention product strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals, regulatory requirements, and the needs of users and merchants.</li>
<li>Continuously assess fraud risks and use data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives based on potential threats and business impact.</li>
<li>Partner with Engineering, Operations, Regulatory, and Design teams to develop and implement fraud prevention measures across our products.</li>
<li>Advocate for users and merchants, balancing effective fraud prevention with seamless payment experiences.</li>
<li>Stay informed about emerging threats, fraud prevention technologies, industry trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Lead fraud prevention readiness for product launches, ensuring safeguards are in place and teams are prepared to address potential threats.</li>
<li>Develop and oversee clear user guides and internal documentation related to fraud prevention.</li>
<li>Monitor the effectiveness of fraud prevention measures and drive continuous improvements.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>What you need to shine in this role</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Experience in product management, with a strong focus on fraud prevention or a related field.</li>
<li>A proven track record of developing and implementing successful fraud prevention strategies.</li>
<li>A deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and its associated fraud risks.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable product decisions.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.</li>
<li>The ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Empathy and a user-centered approach to product management.</li>
<li>A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and responsibility</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Bonus points if you have</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, with an advanced degree as an additional plus.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with fraud prevention tools and data analysis systems.</li>
<li>A technical background or familiarity with fraud detection technologies.</li>
<li>Additional language skills, especially Spanish or Mandarin Chinese.</li>
<li>Project management experience, including managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>A proactive mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.</li>
