<h4><strong>Scope of the Role:</strong></h4>
<p>Reporting to the MENAT Director, We are seeking an experienced and driven <strong>Country Manager</strong> to lead our expansion in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal leadership position requires you to define and implement our country strategy, cultivate crucial partnerships, guarantee operational excellence, and manage a top-tier team. We require a strategic leader with extensive understanding of the Saudi Arabian market who can overcome intricate obstacles and capitalize on emerging prospect</p>
<h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Shape the Future:</strong> Partner with our senior leadership to create and implement the strategy for Saudi Arabia, ensuring it aligns with our global goals.</li>
<li><strong>Drive Operations:</strong> Build and manage the operational infrastructure necessary to support our business growth, continuously optimizing our payment processes to boost efficiency and conversion rates.</li>
<li><strong>Forge Key Partnerships:</strong> Identify, cultivate, and negotiate strategic relationships with SAMA,banks, acquirers, payment processors, and other key stakeholders to unlock new opportunities for growth.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate and Align:</strong> Work closely with our expansion, product, technology, and legal teams to align on roadmaps and ensure seamless integration of partnerships.</li>
<li><strong>Analyze and Optimize:</strong> Use data and market insights to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.</li>
<li><strong>Ensure Compliance:</strong> Collaborate with our legal and compliance teams to ensure strict adherence to all local laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on any changes.</li>
<li><strong>Represent Our Brand:</strong> Build and maintain a strong professional network, actively participating in industry events and organizations to enhance our brand presence in the market.</li>

<p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p>

<li><strong>Location: </strong>Must be based in Riyadh;</li>
<li><strong>Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory; </strong></li>
<li><strong>Proven Expertise:</strong> A strong background in the Saudi payments or financial services sector.</li>
<li><strong>Market Insight:</strong> A deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics, its regulatory landscape, and an extensive network within its payment ecosystem.</li>
<li><strong>Strategic Vision:</strong> The ability to think strategically about operations and business development, with a track record of taking calculated risks that lead to significant growth.</li>
<li><strong>Leadership Skills:</strong> Experience leading cross-functional projects and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.</li>
<li><strong>Negotiation Prowess:</strong> Excellent negotiation skills to secure and optimize commercial agreements.</li>
<li><strong>Communication & Relationships:</strong> Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.</li>
<li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and work effectively across global teams and time zones.</li>
<li><strong>Data-Driven Mindset:</strong> An analytical approach to translate data into actionable strategies</li>
