<div>At EBANX’s Commercial team, you don’t just close deals. You connect merchants who are transforming the most promising emerging markets in the world. Every negotiation and partnership built has a direct impact on our clients’ growth and on EBANX’s expansion, combining strategy, relationships, and collaboration to make our work truly <strong>Out Of The Ordinary</strong>.<br><strong>Your day-to-day impact:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Managing high-growth enterprise and mid-market merchants with a focus on driving YOY revenue growth by executing strategic commercial growth plans;</li>
<li>Developing and driving pipeline of new products, market expansion, and share of checkout opportunities, to increase volume and revenue within each merchant relationship;</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a trusted relationship, acting as the voice of the customer: learning merchants’ product pain points and expansion plans, understanding their priorities and urgency, and effectively communicating this across internal cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Outstanding internal and external communication - respond to client’s demands and correctly address, convey compelling value propositions, inform merchants of EBANX’s product roadmap, ability to communicate sensitive news to the merchant;</li>
<li>Monitor, measure, and propose strategies to continually improve merchant performance, payment method optimization, market penetration, and brand advancement;</li>
<li>Close collaboration and partnership with a diverse cross functional team (e.g. product, marketing, subject matter experts, operations, risk, legal, and finance) to maximize merchant satisfaction and reference ability;</li>
<li>Maintain a strong understanding of our competitive landscape and business strategy</li>
<li>Diligently report on sales pipeline progression within <a href="http://Salesforce.com" target="_blank">Salesforce.com</a>; requires a high level of organization</li>
<li>Provide feedback to leadership on ways to optimize the sales cycle, enhance sales channels, and improve corporate brand awareness;</li>
<li>At all times you will be a positive representative of the company and its brand and will conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Must-haves to shine in this role:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Experience as Account Manager or Business Development with a tenure of exceeding targets;</li>
<li>Must have experience in payments;</li>
<li>Understanding of merchant payment environment and needs;</li>
<li>Analytical skills, high level of organization, attention to details;</li>
<li>Proven experience using Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and drive sales process discipline.</li>
<li>Ability to translate CRM and data insights into actionable account or territory strategies.</li>
<li>A self-starter who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial and fast paced setting;</li>
<li>Tenacious and resilient with a positive, solution-oriented attitude;</li>
<li>Confident, articulate, and professional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills;</li>
<li>Excellent planning,prioritization, and time management discipline;</li>
<li>Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel (up to 30% of the time);</li>
<li>Fluent English (we will test it). A secondary language is a plus.</li>
