You help the business navigate complexity, manage risks, and make informed decisions that enable sustainable growth. Working closely with different areas of the company, you will have the opportunity to combine legal expertise with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach in a fast-paced and global environment.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">As a <strong>Mid-Level Legal Analyst – Civil Law</strong>, you will provide legal advice on civil and corporate matters, manage civil litigation, and partner with internal stakeholders and external law firms to support EBANX’s business while protecting the company’s interests.</p> <h3><strong>What your day-to-day will look like</strong></h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Provide legal advice and guidance on <strong>civil and corporate law matters</strong>, supporting different areas of the business in their day-to-day needs;</li> <li>Manage EBANX’s <strong>civil litigation portfolio</strong>, monitoring cases, deadlines, risks, and potential financial and business impacts;</li> <li>Coordinate and maintain close interaction with <strong>external law firms</strong>, ensuring alignment on legal strategies, priorities, deadlines, and expected outcomes;</li> <li>Prepare and monitor litigation reports, providing visibility into relevant cases, risks, trends, and developments;</li> <li>Analyze legal matters with a pragmatic and business-oriented perspective, helping internal stakeholders understand risks and make informed decisions;</li> <li>Partner with different teams across EBANX to identify legal risks and support the development of practical solutions;</li> <li>Monitor relevant developments in civil law and assess their potential impact on EBANX’s operations;</li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of Legal processes, controls, and routines, bringing a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to the team.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you need to shine in this role</strong></h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Law</strong> and an active <strong>Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)</strong> registration;</li> <li>Solid experience with <strong>Corporate Civil Law (Direito Cível Empresarial)</strong>;</li> <li>Generalist legal background with proven experience working in the <strong>in-house Legal department of large companies</strong>;</li> <li>Experience managing civil litigation and interacting with external law firms;</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance legal risk and business needs;</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders;</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ownership of legal matters from analysis through resolution;</li> <li><strong>Fluent English</strong>, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Bonus points if you have</strong></h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Spanish proficiency or knowledge of additional languages;</li> <li>Previous experience at a <strong>leading or large law firm</strong>;</li> <li>International professional or academic experience;</li> <li>Previous experience in <strong>payments, fintech, financial services</strong>, or similar industries;</li> <li>Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>EBANX offers:</strong></h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li><strong>Performance Bonus (WAVES):</strong> Annual bonus program based on company results.</li> <li><strong>Meal &amp;
