<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">We are seeking a <strong>Senior Backend Software Developer</strong> with expertise in .NET technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices architecture. The engineers would be involved in developing a product that helps Retailers transform their Retail Media business in a way that helps them achieve maximum ad revenue and enable massive scale.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you will contribute to the design, development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You'll combine strong technical expertise with a customer-first mindset, helping create innovative products that drive measurable business value.</p>
<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>
<p>You'll bring a strong software engineering foundation and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.</p>
<ul>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience developing and delivering scalable software applications in a modern engineering environment.</li>
<li>6+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, focusing on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with expertise in developing RESTful APIs and</li>
<li>Drive code quality, ensuring adherence to best practices, design patterns, and SOLID</li>
<li>Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform C Azure), implementing cloud-native best practices for scalability, security, and resilience.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).</li>
<li>Strong focus on non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as performance tuning, observability (monitoring/logging/alerting), and security best practices.</li>
<li>Experience implementing unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing</li>
<li>Proficiency in CI/CD automation, with experience in GitOps workflows and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Helm, or similar).</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps best</li>
