<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">We are seeking a <strong>Backend Software Developer</strong> with expertise in .NET technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices architecture. The engineers would be involved in developing a product that helps Retailers transform their Retail Media business in a way that helps them achieve maximum ad revenue and enable massive scale.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>Design and implement robust backend systems and services using .NET technologies .<br>Build, deploy, and maintain microservices in a cloud-based environment, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and performance.<br>Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and manage backend services in a cloud-native environment.<br>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.<br>Optimize backend services for performance, security, and reliability.<br>Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions. Provide mentorship to junior developers as needed.<br>Implement automation frameworks, integrate CI/CD pipelines, and drive continuous improvement to streamline deployment and testing processes.<br>Write unit, integration, and performance tests. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments.<br>Create and maintain detailed documentation for backend services, architecture, and workflows.<br><br><strong>What we expect from you</strong><br>2 to 4 years of hands on expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks.Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications.<br>Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP), including cloud-native services like containers (Docker), serverless, and Kubernetes.<br>Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and experience with cloud database services.<br>Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and working with third-party integrations.<br>Experience with continuous integration, deployment, and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).<br>Knowledge of event-driven architecture, messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and service discovery mechanisms.<br>Understanding of security principles, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices.<br>Experience with performance optimization, load balancing, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).<br>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to debug complex systems</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong><br>Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.<br>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.<br>Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK stack, Datadog, New Relic).<br>Familiarity with serverless architectures</p>
