As an Engineering Manager within Tesco Media, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building and scaling technology solutions that enable advertisers and retailers to measure and optimise campaign performance.</div>

You will work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software while creating an environment where engineers can grow, collaborate and perform at their best.</div>
<h2>What You'll Be Doing</h2>

<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ability to balance technical decision-making with business priorities and customer outcomes.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Proven capability to develop talent through coaching, mentoring and performance support.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.</li>
