Your focus will be on building and scaling the systems that power Credits and Refunds, operational interventions, and resolution workflows across self-help, chatbot, voicebot, and agent-assisted channels.</p> <p>You will partner closely with Product, Machine Learning, Fraud, Data Science, and Strategy &amp; Operations to define and deliver a roadmap that integrates ML-driven decisions, workflow orchestration, and strong configuration safeguards into high-volume production systems. This platform directly influences cost, fraud exposure, and customer trust.
