<h2><strong>The Role:</strong></h2>
<p>Digible, Inc. is looking for an SEO Strategist to join our team!</p>
<p>The SEO Strategist is a hands-on SEO practitioner and performance owner within Digible’s SEO practice. You manage a portfolio of local SEO campaigns across multifamily, student, senior, and single-family rental properties, applying professional judgment across technical, on-site, and off-site SEO. You directly execute when diagnosis, risk, ambiguity, or continuity materially benefits from Strategist expertise while leveraging SEO Coordinators for standardized implementation, recurring audits, listings, citations, data pulls, and other repeatable execution.</p>

<h2><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2>
<p><strong>SEO campaign execution:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage a portfolio of up to 108 accounts, owning SEO performance and directly executing technical, local, and content work when professional judgment is required, while leveraging Coordinators for standardized implementation.</li>
<li>Diagnose and prioritize on-site and off-site optimizations that drive organic visibility and keyword rankings; directly implement complex or nonstandard changes and delegate repeatable implementation where appropriate.</li>
<li>Conduct website audits, determine the appropriate technical SEO recommendations, and implement or direct implementation based on complexity, risk, and whether continuity from diagnosis materially benefits the outcome.</li>
<li>Own the strategic use and health of Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console across assigned accounts while leveraging Coordinators for standardized maintenance and updates.</li>
<li>Drive organic traffic and rankings through proven SEO fundamentals</li>
<li>Flag accounts with declining visibility or technical health trends before they become a client-facing issue</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Analysis & reporting:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze campaign performance and ROI and own the client-facing interpretation and recommendations, using standardized reporting support from Coordinators where available.</li>
<li>Identify keyword visibility trends and translate findings into actionable next steps</li>
<li>Support reporting improvements and contribute to internal documentation efforts</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration & process:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Senior SEO Strategists for advanced troubleshooting, testing, and strategic guidance</li>
<li>Escalate strategic tradeoffs and technical risks with clear recommendations, not just problems</li>
<li>Follow internal standards consistently, maintain documentation for Strategist-owned judgment workflows, and partner with Coordinators to keep execution procedures current as platforms and tools evolve.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client and employee experiences</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>How success will be measured:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Accounts per FTE: up to 108</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Strategic Planning, Optimization, Scheduling, and Delegation for all accounts by the 5th Digible business day</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>SVT Opportunity Recommendations: 1 per month</li>
<li>SLA Adherence: ≥95%</li>
<li>Support Annual Tests on 2-4 PMCs</li>
<li>Campaign Optimization Completion: 100% within monthly cycle</li>
<li>Thought Leadership Contributions: 2 per year</li>
<li>Client Performance Growth: Organic visibility +10% YoY</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>You should have:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>2–4 years of concentrated SEO experience</li>
<li>Experience implementing local SEO campaigns across multiple markets</li>
<li>Proficiency with on-site and off-site SEO strategies</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Google Business Profile, GTM, and Google Search Console</li>
<li>Experience conducting website audits and implementing technical SEO recommendations</li>
<li>Google Analytics Certification</li>
<li>Strong copywriting and research skills</li>
<li>Familiarity with emerging AI integrations in SEO</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, initiative, and high attention to detail</li>
<li>Multifamily, student housing, or senior living experience is a plus</li>
</ul>

<li>Annual Salary of $70,000-$87,000</li>
