We also look for thoughtful ways to understand and address why someone may want to leave, while always making the experience clear, respectful, and easy to navigate.</p> <p>This is a broad, high-impact space where simple customer experiences often sit on top of significant operational complexity. We partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Experience, and Operations to turn that complexity into journeys that feel intuitive and trustworthy. Our work directly shapes customer satisfaction and retention and, most importantly, whether customers feel confident and cared for long after checkout.</p> <h2>The role:</h2> <p>As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our Post-Orders Experience Squad, directly reporting to the Engineer Manager.</p> <p>Collaborating closely with a Product Manager and a designer, you'll be contributing to the shape of the product strategy, define OKRs, and chart the roadmap. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining regular communication with senior management and providing updates on status, risk assessment, and the broader product strategy.</p> <p>This position offers an opportunity to drive meaningful impact within our team and organization, contributing your expertise to guide our product's growth and success.
