All this with a long-term mindset nurturing positive daily habits with special care on scalability and cost-efficiency.</p> <p>Success for this role will be measured by customer satisfaction and profitability of operations, constantly identifying key opportunities and spearheading projects focused on effectively scaling our business for growth.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <h3><strong>1. Operational Oversight</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Monitor real-time operations to ensure adherence to SOPs.</li> <li>Address and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid operational disruptions.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with KPIs (Sealed Meals Per Hour, Labor, Food Safety Compliance)</li> <li>Act as the first escalation point for on-ground teams.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>2. Team Coordination</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Labor Management / Scheduling of associates / ensuring they are briefed and aligned on daily objectives.</li> <li>Supervise and support team members during operational hours, and coordinate effective shift handovers</li> </ul> <h3><strong>3. Resource Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Ensure optimal staffing during peak and off-peak hours.</li> <li>Identify and report any resource gaps to senior management.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>4. Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Track and analyze performance metrics during shifts.</li> <li>Prepare end-of-shift reports summarizing activities, issues, and resolutions.</li> <li>Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>5.
