You'll work hands-on with day-to-day manual processes (such as logistics, card deliveries, and chargebacks) and use data and AI to simplify and automate these workflows over time.</p> <ul> <li>Execute and follow up on the team's operational processes (logistics, card deliveries, chargebacks, among others), ensuring quality and turnaround time.</li> <li>Map existing manual processes to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and automation platforms (N8N, Google Apps Script) to reduce manual work and drive efficiency.</li> <li>Analyze operational data to propose improvements and support evidence-based decisions.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams (Security/Compliance, Product, Customer Happiness) to solve operational problems end to end.</li> <li>Document processes and keep records organized in tools like Notion.</li> </ul> <h3>Who you are</h3> <p>We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
