<li>The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is<strong> from € 4,300.</strong> The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. <h2><strong>Role Description</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Solution Architecture & Design</strong> – Lead the design and implementation of the E2E test automation framework, including orchestration, integration interfaces, parameter handling, and reporting.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Leadership</strong> – Guide Jenkins/DevOps developers, review technical designs, challenge implementation approaches, and ensure adherence to architecture standards.</li>
<li><strong>Delivery Management</strong> – Manage implementation planning, scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and delivery quality.</li>
<li><strong>E2E Journey Design</strong> – Collaborate with business and automation SMEs to define, prioritize, and validate automated business journeys across payment lifecycle.</li>
<li><strong>Automation Integration</strong> – Oversee integration of existing automation frameworks (Selenium, Karate, pytest, Tosca, GitHub Actions, etc.) through reusable interfaces and adapters.</li>
<li><strong>Test Data & Environment Coordination</strong> – Ensure test data availability, input/output parameter handling, and coordinated automation execution across relevant test environments.</li>
<li><strong>Quality Assurance & Validation</strong> – Define acceptance criteria, oversee integration and E2E testing, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure solution readiness.</li>
<li><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong> – Lead technical workshops, coordinate with client automation SMEs, manage dependencies, and drive technical decisions.</li>
<li><strong>Framework Standardization</strong> – Establish reusable templates, integration standards, technical documentation, and implementation guidelines.</li>
<li><strong>PoC Assessment & Scaling</strong> – Assess PoC outcomes, validate technical assumptions, identify gaps, and define recommendations for broader implementation.</li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>Skills and Expertise</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Proven technical leadership experience</strong>, including managing developers and leading technical solution delivery.</li>
<li><strong>Strong project and delivery management skills</strong>, including planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.</li>
<li><strong>Strong hands-on test automation background</strong>, including E2E testing, integration testing, and automation framework design.</li>
<li><strong>Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices</strong>, including automated pipelines, source control, and execution management.</li>
<li><strong>Experience with system integration</strong>, including REST APIs, CLI-based execution, integration adapters, and parameter exchange.</li>
<li><strong>Knowledge of test environments and test data management</strong>, including dependencies across interconnected systems.</li>
<li><strong>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</strong>, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>English</strong> fluency.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Jenkins</strong>, including pipelines, plugins, parameterized execution, and orchestration.</li>
<li>Experience with automation frameworks such as <strong>Tosca, Karate, pytest, Selenium</strong>, or similar technologies.</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>GitHub / GitHub Actions</strong> and CI/CD integration.</li>
<li>Previous experience designing reusable enterprise automation solutions.</li>
<li><strong>Banking and payments domain knowledge</strong></li>
<li>Experience delivering automation PoCs and scaling solutions into enterprise-wide implementations.</li>
