The role will manage project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, risks, dependencies, and execution activities to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and programme leadership, the Project Manager will drive project outcomes from mobilisation through implementation, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</span></p> </div> <hr> <h2><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; Dependency Management</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Establish and maintain project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage project dependencies across business, technology, and vendor workstreams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Implement issue resolution and escalation processes to minimise project impacts.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support change control processes and assess impacts to scope, budget, and timelines.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">4) Vendor &amp; Delivery Coordination</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate activities across internal delivery teams, vendors, and third-party partners.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support vendor governance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5) Financial &amp;
