<p>AWS SA with Insurance Experience Candidate should have experience of data migration from one AWS environment to another in an insurance environment (i.e. considering all of the regulatory requirements).</p>

<p><strong>Accountability and Nature of work:</strong></p>
<p>The role’s duties & responsibilities:</p>
<p>· Crafting solutions and design for projects to meet Client’s standards for technology, ensuring they</p>
<p>meet our ambitions for availability, security, resilience and performance</p>
<p>· Providing coaching, mentoring and training to less experienced Solution Architects as required</p>
<p>· Providing leadership on key designs to ensure the long-term strategic goals of Client IT are met as</p>
<p>well as short term project needs</p>
<p>· Performing early triage and shaping of IT initiatives to support investment decisions and initial</p>
<p>delivery planning</p>
<p>· Ensuring design artefacts are produced to support service, security, architecture and engineering</p>
<p>· Supervising the integrity of end-to-end solutions, including transition states used to achieve target</p>
<p>state</p>
<p><strong>Skills & experience we're looking for:</strong></p>
<p>· Passionate about technology and how to exploit it for the benefit of our customers!</p>
<p>· Deep technical experience - this may be broad with the ability to apply it across a variety of</p>
<p>customer and business scenarios, or strong domain specialisms to maximise the benefits of</p>
<p>technology in key areas</p>
<p>· Financial acumen to support development of business cases and to inform key design decisions</p>
<p>· Excellent design and architecture skills</p>
<p>· A track record of strong business partner and relationship management at all levels</p>
<p>· A “technical leader” to support, develop and lead others</p>
<p>· Experience of agile delivery methods</p>
<p>· Experience in cloud technologies is desirable (esp. Amazon Web Services)</p>
<p>· Experience in Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimiser and Adobe Experience Platform is desirable</p>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience: </strong></p>
<p>Excellent design skills</p>
<p>Strong knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies (mainly agile).</p>
<p>Strong technical experience. This maybe broad experience with the ability to apply it across a variety of customer and business scenarios; or strong domain specialisms to maximize the benefit of technology in key areas e.g. Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, Pensions. </p>
<p>The role holder must care about technology and how to exploit it for the benefit of our customers.</p>
<p>Financial acumen to support development of business cases and to inform key design decisions.</p>
<p>Ability to balance long-term direction and necessary short-term goals.</p>
<p>Good communication skills with the ability to provide technical guidance to peers and project colleagues. </p>
