Including: Short-term Scrum planning and Forward window longer-range planning (regular refresh and tracking of critical path and roadmap)</p> <p>• Oversight of JIRA updates and ensuring JIRA hygiene</p> <p>• Coordinating activities across Pods (where feature deliverables involve multiple cross-pod interaction)</p> <p>• Collaboration with Product Owners and BA Lead / BAs to ensure that all inputs into the delivery teams are fit-for-purpose e.g. requirements are exhaustive &amp; signed off and work is de-constructed and translated into suitable EPICs and user &amp; technical stories (and factor in traceable Test criteria / scenarios / data from the outset)</p> <p>• Collaboration with Product Owners, BA Lead / BAs &amp; IT Pod Leads to ensure that pods are aligned to backlog priorities and that resource capacity is managed / optimised and factored into short-term Sprint commitments and longer-term milestone roadmap indicative estimates</p> <p>• Collaboration with Pod Leads to ensure that estimates are fit-for-purpose and take into account all main considerations e.g. resource capacity, dependency constraints etc</p> <p>• Working with product owner &amp; team, to ensure that quality and lead time to deploy changes is continuously improving</p> <p>• Working in a vendor environment. Partnering, over-seeing and coordinating vendor activity.</p> <p>**Solid knowledge and experience of the following:- **</p> <p>• Development lifecycle across different methodologies</p> <p>• Expertise with Waterfall, Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organization</p> <p>• Thorough understanding of Project management Practices</p> <p>• Multiple years of Project Management experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments</p> <p>• Scrum master background and/or exposure</p> <p>• Experience of large projects (50+ people)</p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:-</strong></p> <p>• Overall experience in 15+ years which includes managing large, cross functional, multi geography projects</p> <p>• Candidate should be familiar with the Offshore – Onshore model</p> <p>• Should be adept at managing Risk and Issues.</p> <p>• Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, Lean methodologies</p> <p>• Vendor / 3rd party management</p> <p>• Relationship management (both internal and external) and networking skills.</p> <p>• Excellent 360 degree influencing, negotiating and interpersonal skills.</p> <p>• Excellent documentation and communication skills.</p> <p>• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple work threads at one time</p> <p>• International experience or experience of dealing with international resources (project team and user base will be dispersed across multiple locations)</p> <p>• Ability to work effectively to strict timelines and deadlines.</p> <p>• Ability to work with Technology teams and business / Operations / Change</p> </div> </div> <p><em></em></p>
