Together with our clients and industry partners, we deliver disruptive work that is changing energy and financial services.&nbsp; </strong></p> <p><strong>#BEYOURSELFATWORK&nbsp; </strong></p> <p><strong>Capco has a tolerant, open culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and creativity.&nbsp; </strong></p> <p><strong>CAREER ADVANCEMENT&nbsp; </strong></p> <p><strong>With no forced hierarchy at Capco, everyone has the opportunity to grow as we grow, taking their career into their own hands.&nbsp; </strong></p> <p><strong>DIVERSITY &amp; INCLUSION&nbsp; </strong></p> <p><strong>We believe that diversity of people and perspective gives us a competitive advantage.&nbsp; Role Description</strong></p> <p><strong>Location </strong>- Mumbai</p> <p><strong>Experience </strong>– 5+ years</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></p> <ol> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals, and provide proactive support to the Project Manager/team.</li> <li>Track and monitor project activities, milestones, and business outcomes using RAG status; identify and flag potential risks ahead of time.</li> <li>Drive follow-ups across cross-functional teams, based on requirements and approaching deadlines, to maintain project momentum.</li> <li>Generate and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, key risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.</li> <li>May be asked to prepare and maintain Committee packs or other ad hoc project artefacts/documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information.</li> <li>Generation and maintenance of Business Requirements Documents, co-ordinate and drive requirements discussions.</li> <li>Attendance at requirements prioritisation and IT release/scrum calls, general understanding of key requirements and provide feedback/input.</li> <li>Adopt a Business Analyst mindset to critically challenge inputs and assumptions from developers and other BAs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives.</li> <li>Strong understanding of financial products and technological systems used in the investment banking sector.</li> </ol> <p>Requirements:</p> <ol> <li>Proven Business Analyst experience in Business Requirements Document &amp; other project documentation generation, project coordination, stakeholder management, and supporting project managers.</li> <li>Strong tracking and reporting skills using RAG status; ability to manage risks and follow-ups across teams &amp; regions.</li> <li>Experience preparing committee packs, UAT planning, and delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders.</li> <li>Analytical mindset to challenge assumptions; proactive &amp; motivated individual who is able to take on tasks independently, solid understanding of financial products and technological systems in investment banking.</li> <li>Basic proficiency in data tools like Excel/SQL; prior experience in financial services/regulatory capital reporting, JIRA, Confluence, Powerpoint is a plus.</li> <li>Strong exposure to Capital Regulatory Reporting, RWA, CVA calculation, previous experience of working on Basel programs (Basel 2.5, 3/4) will be helpful</li> <li>Good exposure to financial asset classes (SFT, OTC/ETD, Loans) is highly desired</li> <li>3+ years of hands-on Alteryx/Power BI (ideally both) Designer experience with advanced tool proficiency would be beneficial (as the BA may be called upon to utilise this skillset).
