Working closely with both technical and business stakeholders, you’ll help identify improvement areas, deliver effective change, and drive Agile practices across fast-paced, regulated environments. data-end="1836">What You’ll Do</h2> <ul data-start="1838" data-end="2665"> <li data-section-id="1rqjgrc" data-start="1838" data-end="2043">Lead workshops and gather requirements to inform functional specifications and user stories, using appropriate <em class="Highlight ht8e35b3fa-3116-45f6-b9a4-3db0d158a610">AI</em>-enabled tools and techniques where they improve efficiency, traceability, or insight.</li> <li data-section-id="1tev5o8" data-start="2044" data-end="2234">Map and analyse business processes and customer journeys to identify opportunities for optimisation,<strong> </strong>including through automation and <em class="Highlight ht8e35b3fa-3116-45f6-b9a4-3db0d158a610">AI</em>-enabled process improvements where appropriate.</li> <li data-section-id="21bbx9" data-start="2235" data-end="2414">Deliver change initiatives from business case to UAT planning and execution, ensuring outputs are reviewed, validated, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.</li> <li data-section-id="8qzn0t" data-start="2415" data-end="2502">Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and third parties to drive successful outcomes.</li> <li data-section-id="18hoauh" data-start="2503" data-end="2665">Champion Agile methodologies and support continuous improvement across project lifecycles, including the responsible adoption of <em class="Highlight ht8e35b3fa-3116-45f6-b9a4-3db0d158a610">AI</em>-enabled ways of working.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1uwd9qn" data-start="2667" data-end="2692">What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul data-start="2694" data-end="3516"> <li data-section-id="1okctl5" data-start="2694" data-end="2801">Proven Business Analyst experience in the Financial Services sector, particularly within Capital Markets.</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;" data-section-id="1okctl5" data-start="2694" data-end="2801"><strong>KYC and Onboarding experience is essential</strong></li> <li data-section-id="orm015" data-start="2802" data-end="2909">Hands-on delivery across the full project lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement and <em class="Highlight htf427c0e6-7851-4992-81fc-819f2c7aff8e">testing</em> phases.</li> <li data-section-id="b40jjt" data-start="2910" data-end="3008">Strong analytical skills with a track record of data interpretation and recommendation building.</li> <li data-section-id="nf5yeq" data-start="3009" data-end="3094">Effective communicator, comfortable engaging technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li data-section-id="ccjb2e" data-start="3095" data-end="3165">Familiarity with change methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks.</li> <li data-section-id="1us42zf" data-start="3166" data-end="3315">Curiosity and willingness to adopt approved
