<p><strong>Associate Director, Digital Communications </strong>will serve as the overall project manager of accounts, responsible for managing consulting personnel, budgets, and account profitability; driving new business development across various industry sectors; and contributing strategically to the overall growth and development of Burson Thailand.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong><em>Client Service</em></strong><em> </em></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead digital marketing & communications strategy and best practices across various platforms and social communities</li>
<li>Develop and implement creative and highly measurable digital marketing & communication programs or campaigns for several high-profile clients while tracking progress with regular reporting on engagement, conversion and traffic growth</li>
<li>Research and identify key influencers, KOLs, and associated communities for digital marketing & communication campaigns</li>
<li>Analyze reports identifying rooms for improvement and opportunities to ensure the success of a campaign</li>
<li>Propose and measure KPIs and ROI</li>
<li>Supervise production team or suppliers</li>
<li>Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><em>Business Development</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop leads for new business</li>
<li>Work with Managing Director and New Business Development Director to identify growth areas and expand business</li>
<li>Grow existing client business</li>
<li>Embed digital marketing & communication tools in business development pitches and presentations, assemble pitch team, and strategies for proposals</li>
<li>Coach junior team members in business development skills</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><em>Strategic Counsel / Advice / Creative Inputs</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Offer strategic counsel to clients’ senior management</li>
<li>Play an integral role in clients’ social media crisis or issues management</li>
<li>Conduct digital marketing & communication training for clients</li>
<li>Play a central role in developing digital communication strategies and proposals, and recommending creative directions/ solutions to help clients achieve their objectives</li>
<li>Develop and build online media and influencer relationships</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><em>Account Management</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide accurate budget estimates using the Burson Estimator for projects and retainer accounts</li>
<li>Manage and track all client budgets to prevent over-servicing</li>
<li>Develop and build client relationships</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><em>Project / Team Management</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for overall successful management of projects or retainer accounts</li>
<li>Responsible for assembling the “best team” to service a project or retainer</li>
<li>Efficient use of budget allocations to ensure the profitability of account/project</li>
<li>Manage, coach and train junior or new members of the project team</li>
<li>Play mentor to newcomers</li>
<li>Ensure that all outputs by team members meet Burson standards, client requirements and deadlines</li>
<li>Day-to-day liaison with clients</li>
<li>Develop, build and manage client relationships</li>
<li>Manage dynamics of your teams</li>
<li>Look after professional and emotional welfare of team members</li>
<li>Conduct performance appraisals of team members</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><em>Contributing to the Management of Burson Thailand</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Contribute actively to the management of the Bangkok office including staff development and digital marketing & communication trainings, recruitment and confirmation of new staff, identification of growth areas for digital PR services etc</li>
<li>Support the managing director in charting out business strategies and realizing set business goals</li>
<li>Manage and oversee Burson social media channels to promote the strong reputation as well as attract new prospects</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Experience that contributes to success:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10 years up of experience in digital marketing, media planning, and optimization, especially in B2C sectors</li>
<li>Possess a working background in an agency with a proven track record in advising and servicing leading global brands</li>
<li>Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Suites (social analytics), Hootsuites, and Mailchimp, etc.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and project management skills</li>
<li>Be a self-motivator as well as team-motivator</li>
<li>Experience in SEO is a plus</li>
</ul>
