As a Senior Art Director, you'll take a strategic and accountable approach to developing and delivering high quality impactful work and campaigns with teams, managing agency relationships and building client relationships. You'll also possess a strong understanding of the earned-first approach and have the ability to craft campaigns with impactful brand storytelling.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="733" data-end="870"> <p data-start="735" data-end="870">Lead the development and delivery of earned-first campaigns and creative platforms, from brief through to presentation and production</p> </li> <li data-start="871" data-end="979"> <p data-start="873" data-end="979">Take and shape client briefs, defining clear creative strategy and guiding teams to high-quality outputs</p> </li> <li data-start="980" data-end="1056"> <p data-start="982" data-end="1056">Build, present, and sell cohesive treatments and 360° campaign proposals</p> </li> <li data-start="1057" data-end="1161"> <p data-start="1059" data-end="1161">Independently manage medium to large clients, strengthening relationships and driving organic growth</p> </li> <li data-start="1162" data-end="1277"> <p data-start="1164" data-end="1277">Collaborate with Studio, Creative Strategy, and Production teams to plan, budget, and resource work effectively</p> </li> <li data-start="1278" data-end="1368"> <p data-start="1280" data-end="1368">Lead creative production projects with oversight from Creative Directors and Producers</p> </li> <li data-start="1369" data-end="1475"> <p data-start="1371" data-end="1475">Champion innovation by challenging briefs and encouraging thought-provoking, culturally relevant ideas</p> </li> <li data-start="1476" data-end="1581"> <p data-start="1478" data-end="1581">Contribute to new business, award entries, and case studies, supporting Studio targets and reputation</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience that contributes to success:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="1630" data-end="1736"> <p data-start="1632" data-end="1736">Proven experience leading medium to large creative campaigns and clients with minimal senior oversight</p> </li> <li data-start="1737" data-end="1865"> <p data-start="1739" data-end="1865">Strong understanding of earned-first thinking and integrated marketing across social, branding, experiential, and production</p> </li> <li data-start="1866" data-end="1953"> <p data-start="1868" data-end="1953">Confident presenter with the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders</p> </li> <li data-start="1954" data-end="2057"> <p data-start="1956" data-end="2057">Experience managing and mentoring senior creatives, fostering high standards of creative excellence</p> </li> <li data-start="2058" data-end="2144"> <p data-start="2060" data-end="2144">Commercial acumen, including budgeting, scoping, resourcing, and revenue awareness</p> </li> <li data-start="2145" data-end="2253"> <p data-start="2147" data-end="2253">Deep knowledge of social platforms and hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office</p> </li> <li data-start="2254" data-end="2345"> <p data-start="2256" data-end="2345">Ability to inspire teams, share industry insight, and nurture talent across disciplines</p> </li> <li data-start="2346" data-end="2475"> <p data-start="2348" data-end="2475">Bilingual Arabic &amp; English is highly desireable for this role</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>#LI-RE1</strong></p><div class="content-conclusion"><h3><strong>You belong at Burson:</strong></h3> <p>Our vision is for Burson to be the leading ‘academy company’ for creative communications professionals and emerging leaders.
