Our software is operated by some of the most successful out-of-home businesses and powers impactful, compelling campaigns seen across the world.</p> <h3><strong>About the role</strong></h3> <h3>Key Roles and Responsibilities:</h3> <p><strong>Platform Management &amp; Configuration:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce instance to align with evolving business needs.</li> <li>Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, validation rules, and Process Builder and Flows to automate business processes.</li> <li>Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, public groups, Organization-Wide Defaults, sharing rules, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance.</li> <li>Assist our Sales Department with designing and maintaining lead assignment rules, opportunity workflows, and territory management to drive sales execution.</li> <li>Conduct proactive system maintenance, including health checks, release readiness, and security reviews.</li> <li>Participate in scoping and delivering prioritized configuration work.</li> <li>Manage release/deployments of enhancements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>User Support &amp; Training</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide first-line support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.</li> <li>Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and trusted advisor for all internal users.</li> <li>Support user onboarding/offboarding processes and access management.</li> <li>Facilitate training sessions and create documentation to support staff in adopting new functionalities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data Management &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee and analyze data to ensure data hygiene and integrity.</li> <li>Perform bulk data updates, deduplication, and cleansing of data.</li> <li>Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide valuable, actionable insights for decision-making and performance tracking.</li> <li>Manage Salesforce data feeds, imports, and other integrations.</li> <li>Manage integrations with various tools such as Gong, HubSpot, and Slack to enable real-time data flow and automation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Process Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders (including Sales, Marketing, Services, and Finance) to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.</li> <li>Work closely with the IT System Administrators to ensure consistent practices and methodologies are used.</li> <li>Work closely with internal Stakeholders and any external vendors (e.g. Salesforce Development teams) to support the delivery of new features and enhancements.</li> <li>Assist with UAT, testing coordination, and sandbox validation for deployments.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through configuration or automation.</li> <li>Create and maintain documentation and playbooks for workflows, data flows, and system configurations to ensure long-term governance and clarity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Education &amp; Certifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>University Degree or College Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.</li> <li>Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations certification is required.</li> <li>Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification, or the commitment to obtaining it within one year, is required.</li> <li>Salesforce Certified System Architect certification is highly desirable.</li> <li>Additional Salesforce certifications such as Agentforce Specialist, Business Analyst, or Platform Developer are considered a plus.</li> <li>Any Information Technology-related certifications are considered an asset.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator managing Salesforce environments.</li> <li>Proven experience managing Salesforce environments supporting 100+ users for Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.</li> <li>Experience managing a small development team or working with outside consultants is a plus.</li> <li>Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud,</li> <li>Advanced skills in building custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, reports, and dashboards.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency in applying advanced automation to solve complex business problems using Process Builder and Flows.</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce integrations with 3rd party systems via API and their implications.</li> <li>Skilled in data manipulation via Data Loader or similar tools.</li> <li>Experience with QA/UAT in sandbox environments and using change sets/deployment tools (e.g., Gearset) to deploy to production.</li> <li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in structured change management.</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) with expert-level skills preferred.</li> <li>Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and ServiceNow is a strong asset.</li> <li>Experience with development languages like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills &amp;
