color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, content automation, or a related field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">Two to four years of experience in digital publishing, content operations, production operations, workflow automation, content management, or a related area.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">At least two years of hands-on experience building, testing, and maintaining automated solutions using Python, PowerShell, APIs, or comparable technologies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">At least two years of experience with content management systems, content ingestion, metadata preparation, and structured quality assurance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt; Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $18.00 - $20.00 USD per hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
