In this role, you’ll translate and localize gaming content into Polish with exceptional linguistic quality, cultural relevance, and attention to detail. You’ll collaborate with fellow localization specialists and cross-functional partners to deliver accurate, engaging content for players and customers.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Polish language expertise with a genuine passion for gaming. color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in translation, localization, linguistics, game design, or a related field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">Native-level written and verbal proficiency in Polish, including exceptional command of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">Professional translation or localization experience.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">Strong familiarity with gaming terminology and the ability to translate content accurately within a gaming context.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">Experience with computer-assisted translation tools such as Crowdin, memoQ, Memsource, SDL Trados, Wordfast, or similar platforms.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt; Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is <strong>$33.65 to $43.25 USD per hour</strong>, with a <strong>midpoint of $38.45 USD per hour</strong>. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
