It makes a difference!  What you will do: (Developer Experience) Our platform runs on modern cloud-native building blocks, supporting thousands of microservices and millions of active users. This role focuses on developer productivity and the Internal Developer Portal — building the tools and experiences that help product teams ship on the platform. <ul> <li>Develop products and tools for the BEES Cloud Platform that improve developer experience on the platform.</li> <li>Design architecture, technical requirements, and solutions for platform capabilities.</li> <li>Work on features for the Internal Developer Portal, including CLIs, automations, AI agents, and MCP servers.</li> <li>Build abstraction layers for platform components to manage capacity, networking, microservice creation, and related concerns.</li> <li>Help define and improve platform metrics and developer-facing observabilit.</li> <li>Contribute to platform security, compliance, and guardrails.</li> </ul>   We are looking for people with: <ul> <li>Typically 5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or software architecture.</li> <li>Solid understanding of distributed systems (consistency, failure handling, observability).</li> <li>Experience with software, systems, and infrastructure architecture.</li> <li>Experience with microservices architecture and patterns (decomposition, APIs, resilience).</li> <li>Experience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous integration patterns.</li> <li>Experience with authentication, authorization, and RBAC (identity systems, access control, role based permissions).</li> <li>Experience with Python, Go, and TypeScript (or strong proficiency in at least two of these</li> <li>English: Advanced (written and spoken).</li> </ul> Desirable: <ul> <li>Experience with container orchestration and workload scheduling at scale.</li> <li>Experience with service mesh concepts (traffic management, security, observability).</li> <li>Experience with GitOps and declarative, Git-based deployment workflows. </li> </ul> Who should apply? <ul> <li>You care about developer experience and productivity and enjoy building platform tooling that others rely on.</li> <li>You can communicate clearly with engineers and stakeholders to understand needs and propose solutions.</li> <li>You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy turning high-level goals into concrete technical designs.</li> <li>You take ownership of technical decisions and work with the team to deliver outcomes.</li> </ul> What We Offer <ul> <li>Performance based bonus*</li> <li>Attendance Bonus* </li> <li>Private pension plan</li> <li>Meal Allowance</li> <li>Casual office and dress code</li> <li>Days off*</li> <li>Health, dental, and life insurance</li> <li>Medicines discounts</li> <li>WellHub partnership</li> <li>Childcare subsidies</li> <li>Discounts on Ambev products*</li> <li>Clube Ben partnership</li> <li>Scholarship*</li> <li>School materials assurance</li> <li>Language and training platforms</li> <li>Transport allowance</li> </ul> *Rules applied
