<p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot;</li>
<li>Contribute to the evolution of microservices architecture, ensuring performance, resilience, and maintainability;</li>
<li>Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations across distributed systems;</li>
<li>Improve system observability, monitoring, and logging;</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs;</li>
<li>Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives;</li>
<li>Follow engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, automation, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines;</li>
<li>Actively participate in Scrum Rituals (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Azure DevOps.</li>
<li>Experience with observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, etc), monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production issues.</li>
<li>Good active listening skills, and the ability to empathize with customers, stakeholders, and other software engineers.</li>
<li>Experience working using Agile methodology in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.</li>
<li>Differentials:</li>
<li>Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.</li>
<li>Some knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<li>University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;</li>
<li>Ability to complete tasks and solve problems autonomously.</li>
<li>Adherence to standards and patterns, with experience in frameworks and processes.</li>
<li>Capability to help other team members by offering guidance, especially when they are blocked.</li>
<li>Understanding of the architecture and the product, with knowledge of business rules.</li>
<li>Clear communication skills, providing assertive status updates when needed.</li>
<li>Ability to work with other software engineers in coding, debugging, analyzing, and solving bugs.</li>
<li>Support Sr. Developers in technical solutions.</li>
<li>Ability to refine tasks and help the team find the best solutions.</li>
<li>Maintain and ensure quality throughout the applications.</li>
<li>Perform code reviews based on defined code standards.</li>
</ul>
