<p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, model, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, report building, and interactive dashboards that drive business decision-making.</li>
<li>Use SQL to query, clean, and analyze large datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data used in reporting.</li>
<li>Transform analytical findings into compelling narratives that connect data insights with business strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Apply best practices in data visualization and user-centric design to deliver impactful, intuitive, and actionable dashboards and reports.</li>
<li>Collaborate with international teams as part of a global project, leveraging advanced English communication skills to ensure alignment, standardization, and knowledge sharing across regions.</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, actionable insights under tight deadlines with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Solve complex business and data challenges through ad hoc analysis, identifying trends, root causes, and opportunities by combining data exploration, critical thinking, and business context to support informed decision-making.</li>

<p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BA/BS/MS in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related quantitative field.</li>
<li><strong>Advanced knowledge of Power BI</strong> (data modeling, DAX, report building, and dashboard design).</li>
<li><strong>Advanced expertise in SQL</strong> for querying and data preparation.</li>
<li><strong>Intermediate English (spoken and written)</strong> to effectively communicate insights with international stakeholders.</li>
<li>Knowledge of statistics and statistical analysis techniques.</li>
<li>Strong skills in <strong>data storytelling</strong>: ability to craft clear narratives that connect data insights to business strategy, ensuring stakeholders easily understand and act on the information.</li>
<li>Understanding of data visualization best practices, design principles, and user-centric dashboards.</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex datasets into insightful, visually compelling, and actionable reports.</li>
<li>Organized and detail-oriented, capable of delivering under tight timelines while ensuring quality.</li>
<li>Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.</li>
