<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>We are a rapidly growing global technology company!. We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber <strong>Senior Corporate Paralegal</strong> to join our regional hub in Singapore, reporting directly to the <strong>Head of Legal, APAC</strong>.</p>
<p>In this role, you will serve as the corporate governance subject matter expert and qualified company secretarial anchor for our Singapore entity and affiliated companies across APAC, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across regional and global teams in a fast-paced corporate environment. While your main focus will center on driving corporate governance and entity management across the region, you will also deliver broader, high-impact operational support to the APAC legal team.</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Corporate Secretarial & APAC Entity Governance</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead corporate secretarial operations across APAC—ensuring full compliance with applicable local corporate laws and regulatory requirements, manage direct filings with statutory registries, maintain statutory registers, prepare board and shareholder resolutions, and handle annual compliance filings and business license renewals for regional entities, subsidiaries, and branch offices.</li>

<p><strong>2. Legal Operations, Execution & Process Optimization</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Signatory Control & Document Legalization: </strong>Maintain regional signing authority matrices, execute corporate documentation workflows, and coordinate notarization and legalization requirements across APAC.</li>
<li><strong>Workflow Automation & Risk Management: </strong>Design scalable processes and legal operations workflows to streamline governance requests and corporate approvals, while proactively evaluating operations to identify compliance risks and improve efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3. Stakeholder & Service Provider Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Serve as the primary corporate governance contact for internal cross-functional teams, including Global Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, and regional expansion teams.</li>
<li><strong>Outside Counsel and Vendor Management:</strong> Directly manage external corporate secretarial firms, registered agents, and legalisation agents across APAC to ensure high quality, cost efficient, and timely delivery.</li>

<p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Singapore Professional Qualification: </strong>Chartered Secretary / Chartered Governance Professional credential (e.g., <strong>CSIS / SAICSA</strong> membership).</li>
<li><strong>Deep Regional Expertise:</strong> Comprehensive, hands-on mastery of corporate filing systems, statutory compliance, and corporate secretarial practices, alongside practical experience managing entity maintenance across multiple APAC jurisdictions.</li>
<li><strong>Superior Independent Judgment:</strong> Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in complex governance scenarios, analyze multi-variable regulatory requirements, and propose long-term solutions.</li>
<li><strong>Years of Experience:</strong> <strong>7+ years</strong> of corporate secretarial and/or corporate paralegal experience within a top-tier Singapore law firm, corporate service provider, or multinational in-house legal department.</li>
<li><strong>Language Capabilities:</strong> <strong>Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is preferred</strong> to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, partners, and local service providers.</li>
