Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.</p></div><div> <div> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong><br>We are seeking a Software and Applied AI Engineer responsible for the development and maintenance of software platforms and internal tools, as well as the design and implementation of machine learning and data-driven solutions for advanced analysis and system optimization.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Development and maintenance of software platforms and internal company tools<br>• Design and development of applications in Python and C/C++ focused on data processing, automation, and advanced analytics<br>• Development of pipelines for acquisition, organization, validation, and exploitation of large volumes of test and production data<br>• Design, training, and validation of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models applied to anomaly detection, early fault detection, event classification, predictive analysis, and system behavior analysis<br>• Implementation of models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent frameworks<br>• Development of visualization systems, dashboards, and real-time reporting tools for technical analysis and performance tracking<br>• Development of test automation tools and large-scale result analysis solutions<br>• Statistical data processing and analysis to support validation and continuous improvement of products and processes<br>• Integration with production systems, internal tools, and data management platforms<br>• Participation in code reviews, definition of software architecture, and improvement of development best practices<br>• Management of repositories and collaborative workflows using Git/GitLab<br>• Active contribution to the improvement of team methodologies, tools, and processes</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Education:</strong><br>Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or similar</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong><br>A minimum of 2-3 years<br>• Solid experience in software development with Python<br>• Experience in C/C++ development<br>• Experience in data processing, analysis, and exploitation<br>• Experience in developing and training Machine Learning models<br>• Practical knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar<br>• Experience in anomaly detection, classification, fault detection, or predictive analysis<br>• Experience developing visualization tools, reporting, and dashboards<br>• Knowledge of version control tools and collaborative workflows using Git/GitLab<br>• Fluent level of English</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br>• Experience working with large volumes of industrial or test data<br>• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and maintenance<br>• Experience in data pipeline automation<br>• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data analysis tools<br>• Knowledge of distributed architectures and real-time processing</p> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong><br>• Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset<br>• Ability to work autonomously<br>• Strong problem-solving skills using data-driven approaches<br>• Analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset<br>• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability<br>• Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights<br>• Interest in innovation and practical application of AI in real environments</p> <p><strong>Technology Stack:</strong><br>• Python<br>• C/C++<br>• PyTorch<br>• TensorFlow<br>• Git / GitLab</p> <p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong><br>• Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods</p> </div> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>This job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
