<p>We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Project Manager to lead complex Web and CMS digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from discovery and solution design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.</p>
<p>You will manage cross-functional teams including strategists, UX designers, architects, developers, and QA specialists while serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients.</p>
<p>This is an exciting opportunity for a delivery leader who thrives in fast-paced digital environments, understands modern web architecture and CMS ecosystems, and can balance technical complexity with commercial accountability. You will report to the Delivery Director and play a key role in driving successful, scalable digital platform implementations.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Web and CMS projects (replatforming, multi-site, headless implementations)</li>
<li>Manage project scope, budgets (£1M+), schedules, and profitability</li>
<li>Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans</li>
<li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting</li>
<li>Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and estimate-to-completion tracking</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate risks related to integrations, content migration, and technical architecture</li>
<li>Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, scoping, and SOW development</li>
<li>Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement of project governance and delivery processes</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>What we are looking for</strong></h4>
<p>Must-Have:</p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency or consulting environment</li>
<li>Proven experience delivering enterprise Web and CMS implementations (e.g., Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, headless CMS)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of modern web architecture and multi-platform integrations</li>
<li>Experience managing large client-facing teams and complex project logistics</li>
<li>Demonstrated financial management experience including revenue forecasting and margin tracking</li>
<li>Expertise in Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder written and verbal communication skills across business and technical audiences</li>
</ul>
<p>Nice-to-Have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Business analysis or requirements management experience</li>
<li>PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification</li>
<li>Experience working with global distributed teams</li>
<li>Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems and digital governance</li>
