<p>As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles across Alpaca, primarily within Engineering. You’ll partner closely with Engineering leaders to build hiring strategies, develop strong talent pipelines, and drive searches from kickoff through close.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent technical searches while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, a high-quality candidate experience, and clear visibility into hiring progress and performance.</p>
<h2>Things You’ll Do</h2>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Own full-cycle recruiting across a high volume of technical roles, from sourcing through offer and close.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to define profiles, develop hiring strategies, and drive searches forward.</li>
<li>Build proactive technical talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.</li>
<li>Manage competing priorities and a high req load while maintaining hiring quality and velocity.</li>
<li>Provide clear reporting on pipeline health, funnel performance, hiring progress, and risks.</li>
<li>Use recruiting data to identify gaps, improve conversion, and inform hiring decisions.</li>
<li>Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and efficient processes.</li>
<li>Leverage AI and recruiting technology to improve sourcing, research, reporting, and recruiter productivity.</li>
<li>Maintain strong ATS hygiene and help continuously improve recruiting processes and workflows.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Who You Are (Must-Haves)</h2>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring software engineers and other technical talent.</li>
<li>Proven ability to successfully manage a high volume of concurrent technical searches.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with Engineering leaders.</li>
<li>Strong sourcing skills and a track record of building pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical roles.</li>
<li>Experienced in using ATS reporting, funnel metrics, and recruiting data to communicate hiring performance and drive decisions.</li>
<li>Skilled in using AI tools and modern recruiting technology to improve efficiency and recruiting outcomes.</li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.</li>
<li>Experience working in fast-paced, remote or distributed teams.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Who You Might Be (Nice-to-Haves)</h2>

<li>Background recruiting in fintech, trading, brokerage, crypto, or other highly technical environments.</li>
<li>Experience hiring backend, infrastructure, platform, API, data, or distributed systems engineers.</li>
<li>Exposure to recruiting across multiple global markets.</li>
<li>Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms and recruiting dashboards.</li>
