<p>Our Field Sales Team is growing and we want you to be part of it! As a Market Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth and success of emerging Professional Hosts in your assigned territory in Brazil.</p>

<p><em>This role requires candidates to be based in São Paulo, Brazil. This role is not eligible for relocation support.</em></p>
<p>As a Market Associate, you’ll build strong business relationships, empowering Hosts with strategies to thrive on Airbnb. Your focus will include optimizing supply and pricing, recruiting new Hosts, and providing platform education. You’ll also help ensure Hosts deliver top-tier hospitality for excellent guest experiences as they grow on the platform. Beyond one-on-one support, you’ll collaborate with Market Managers to lead impactful programs like webinars and scaled email campaigns.</p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>A Typical Day: </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Build and grow strong, long-term relationships</strong> with emerging Professional Hosts in your assigned territory, driving account performance to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.</li>
<li><strong>Manage and optimize</strong> hundreds of Professional Hosts through regular optimization calls, business reviews, and scaled strategies, securing availability during high-demand periods.</li>
<li><strong>Educate clients</strong> on product updates and relay feedback to internal stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Provide exceptional support</strong>—both remotely and in-person as needed—to ensure host success, addressing their needs efficiently and fostering trust.</li>
<li><strong>Leverage data</strong> to identify strategic growth opportunities, navigate operational complexities, and allocate resources efficiently.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate with other Market Managers and cross-functional teams</strong>—product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support—to lead impactful programs like roadshows, webinars and scaled campaigns, driving long-term market success.</li>
<li><strong>Represent Airbnb</strong> in external meetings with professional hosts and at industry conferences, reinforcing the brand's presence.</li>
<li><strong>Contribute to host community programs</strong> to drive growth and engagement across the Airbnb community.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>Your Expertise:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>4+ years of experience</strong> in account management and partner support, with a proven ability to foster and grow business relationships.</li>
<li><strong>Proven success</strong> in managing a leads pipeline and a book of business, effectively nurturing and converting opportunities.</li>
<li><strong>Strong quantitative skills</strong> with the ability to interpret and apply data for day-to-day decision-making.</li>
<li><strong>Adaptability</strong> to work at both strategic and tactical levels, with a history of executing effectively in ambiguous environments.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-functional collaboration experience</strong>, ensuring alignment and success across teams.</li>
<li><strong>Excellent communication and presentation skills</strong> with the ability to engage clients via phone, email, and in-person.</li>
<li><strong>Self-starter</strong> with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.</li>
<li><strong>CRM proficiency</strong> (Salesforce experience is a plus), with expertise in managing leads, opportunities, and core CRM objects.</li>
<li><strong>Fluency in Portuguese and English</strong> —Spanish is a plus— to operate effectively across South America's diverse markets.</li>
<li><strong>2+ years of tech industry experience</strong> is a plus, showcasing sector-specific knowledge.</li>
<li><strong>1+ years of travel industry experience</strong> is a plus, showcasing sector-specific knowledge.</li>
<li><strong>Willingness to travel</strong> regularly within your assigned territory and internationally (once every 4 to 6 weeks), based in São Paulo, Brazil.</li>
<li><strong>Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy</strong> — being an Airbnb host is a plus — reflecting alignment with the company’s mission and culture.</li>
