Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.</span></p> <h4>Technical Support Engineer (Finance)</h4> <p>As a Technical Support Engineer (Finance), you will become an expert in Adyen’s finance and treasury products, helping our merchants troubleshoot technical and financial issues and get the most out of our products.You’ll work closely with merchants to investigate issues across APIs, integrations and financial processes, and partner with Product and Engineering teams to resolve complex problems and improve our products.</p> <p>Your team is highly merchant-focused and operates across time zones using a follow-the-sun model. This means reactive/proactive communication</li> <li>Educate and advise our merchants’ financial teams on how to best gain value from our platform, products and features</li> <li>Receive and analyse merchant pain points and work closely with Adyen’s Finance Product and Development teams to improve or build new products to facilitate merchant’s operations</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Who you are</strong></h4> <ul> <li>You have at least 3 years of experience, with exposure to financial products (issuing, business accounts, capital/business financing) within a banking or Fintech environment</li> <li>You have strong analytical skills and are interested to know more about financial products for the payments industry and can easily get familiar with our internal accounting systems</li> <li>You have a strong commercial acumen and are not afraid of being in direct contact with our merchants</li> <li>You make quick informed decisions under pressure and prioritise appropriately based on urgency, necessity and both internal and external requests</li> <li>You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
