With over 500 beer brands, we’re number one or two in many of the world’s top beer markets, including North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.</p> <p>We're looking for a <strong>Culture &amp; Internal Communications candidate</strong> to support AB InBev’s. This role will have the opportunity to impact and enable global teams to effectively navigate and adapt to change. This role will partner with global senior stakeholders within a fast-paced, growing business, leveraging communications strategies and strong execution to engage AB InBev colleagues. &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop internal communications strategies and messages to inform and engage employees across multiple geographies;&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct stakeholder interviews and comprehensive benchmarks to adapt internal communications strategy;&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with the People team to communicate People Cycle moments, benefits and other People matters efficiently and effectively;&nbsp;</li> <li>Craft effective communications strategies and materials to increase transparency of Rewards model and components;&nbsp;</li> <li>Write internal messages and materials for senior leaders within the organization;&nbsp;</li> <li>Build holistic plans to engage employees around key external company moments;&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with People Business Partners on leader and team change communications;&nbsp;</li> <li>Support Global Communications Director on project management and execution of special projects inclusive of organizational changes and culture initiatives;&nbsp;</li> <li>Build and maintain communications calendar, determining most effective channel and content mix for each announcement or initiative;&nbsp;</li> <li>Support development of town hall decks and other team-specific internal communications&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with global and local communications teams to consistently roll out global communications programs &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Communications experience, through agency or in-house experience in communications and public relations.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Highly Organized</strong>: Strong project management skills; must be able to effectively manage and balance prioritization of C-level requests with long-term projects.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Problem Solver:</strong> Ability to independently find solutions to complex situations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Collaborative:&nbsp;</strong>Strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Detail-Oriented:</strong><strong> </strong>Ability to consistently create high-quality internal communications.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Agile:</strong><strong> </strong>We are looking for an individual that would thrive in our fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Passionate &amp; Curious:</strong><strong> </strong>Interested and passionate about AB InBev’s business and the areas within the Growth Group.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performance based bonus*</li> <li>Attendance Bonus*&nbsp;</li> <li>Private pension plan</li> <li>Meal Allowance</li> <li>Casual office and dress code</li> <li>Days off*</li> <li>Health, dental, and life insurance</li> <li>Medicines discounts</li> <li>WellHub partnership</li> <li>Childcare subsidies</li> <li>Discounts on Ambev products*</li> <li>Clube Ben partnership</li> <li>Scholarship*</li> <li>School materials assurance</li> <li>Language and training platforms</li> <li>Transport allowance</li> </ul> <p>*Rules applied</p>
