Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Own a product problem domain end to end at an education technology company using AI to help teachers deliver personalized learning. Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to set strategy, build useful features, and improve outcomes for students.

What You'll Do

• Set product strategy and maintain a roadmap for your problem domain.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market partners to ship high-quality product features.

• Guide product development from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration.

• Use customer-facing insights to prioritize improvements and deliver meaningful educational impact.

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 8 years of product management experience, including experience as a Senior Product Manager.

• Experience owning complex, multi-feature software platforms rather than standalone point solutions.

• Experience building or shipping AI/ML product features, such as LLM-based, copilot, or agentic products.

• Strong product management experience, customer-facing skills, and a track record of ownership in fast-paced or startup environments.

• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflows, including for automation.

• Technical foundation, such as a computer science background or related technical degree.

• Interest in education and using technology to improve student outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $210,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
