What You'll Do

  • Lead technical discovery and deliver value-driven demonstrations for enterprise PLM opportunities.

  • Own the technical narrative throughout the sales process, shaping product positioning and deal strategy.

  • Define demo environments, messaging, and go-to-market materials as products are developed.

  • Work closely with product teams and company leadership to share customer feedback and influence roadmap and positioning.

  • Help establish the solutions engineering playbook and build traction in a developing market.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to eight years of experience in PLM solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or industrial technical sales.

  • Deep expertise in process and/or discrete PLM, with particular strength in process PLM.

  • PLM experience gained in a software or implementation setting, such as a vendor, consultancy, or manufacturer's internal PLM or NPI function.

  • Hands-on experience with a PLM platform such as Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, Arena, Aras, Propel, or Oracle Agile.

  • A track record of owning technical discovery, enterprise demos, and deal narratives, with an emphasis on value and customer outcomes.

  • Experience with product data, bills of materials, or engineering change-management workflows is relevant.

  • Comfort working in a startup or scale-up environment, taking ownership, and traveling three to four days per month, including trips to Europe every other quarter.
