What You'll Do

  • Set product strategy and roadmap for procurement, inventory management, traceability, vendor management, and BOM/MRP capabilities.

  • Visit customer factory floors and meet with supply chain and procurement leaders to understand operational challenges.

  • Translate hardware supply chain workflows into product specifications, wireframes, and functional prototypes.

  • Use AI-assisted tools to prototype solutions, query data, work with APIs, and contribute code when useful.

  • Partner with engineering, design, customer success, and sales to deliver features, measurable value, and effective customer onboarding.

  • Analyze inventory metrics, product usage, and customer feedback to test ideas and improve outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to ten years of experience spanning product management, software engineering or hands-on coding, and manufacturing or supply chain.

  • Experience shipping product features end-to-end, from discovery and research through launch.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, BOM/MRP, inventory allocation, and traceability workflows.

  • Manufacturing or industrial experience, ideally in sectors such as aerospace, defense, energy, robotics, or automotive.

  • Ability to write technical specifications and build functional prototypes from complex domain logic.

  • Strong cross-functional communication and influence across engineering, design, sales, and customers.

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, or a related technical field.

  • Familiarity with Python, React, SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, APIs, ERP systems, MES, PLM, and AI-assisted prototyping tools.
