Staff Product Manager, AI

About the Role

Lead end-to-end development of AI capabilities for a consumer-focused social commerce platform. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape product strategy and ship customer-centered AI workflows in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You'll Do

• Own AI product development from discovery through launch.

• Partner with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to build generative prompting workflows and improve AI models.

• Define and track success measures such as accuracy, conversion, and automation impact, then use results to guide improvements.

• Identify opportunities for AI-powered social engagement, personalization, and prompting strategies.

• Ship quickly, iterate based on feedback, and take ownership of high-impact projects in an ambiguous environment.

What We're Looking For

• Five to eight years of product management experience, including at least three continuous years in a product manager role, and currently working as a product manager.

• Experience building AI-forward products, with strong proficiency in AI product development.

• Experience prototyping or vibe coding.

• Customer-facing product management experience at a top-tier technology company, along with 0-to-1 product experience at an early- or growth-stage startup.

• Consumer product experience, particularly in social, shopping, or influencer ecosystems.

• A relevant degree, clear career progression, and a record of steady tenure.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $200,000 to $2,700,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
