We are looking for a UX Researcher to lead impactful research across the product development lifecycle, from early discovery and strategic direction to design validation and post-launch evaluation.

In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Management, Experience Design, and Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights that improve employee experiences across our Enterprise Technology organization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute customer research to inform product and design decisions.
• Conduct usability studies, in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, and surveys.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research workflows, synthesis, and insight generation.
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Present insights and influence product strategy and design direction.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experiences through qualitative and quantitative research.

🔹 Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional UX/User Research experience.
• Strong experience conducting qualitative research and influencing product development.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research synthesis, coding, insight generation, or repository management.
